Question 1

1What is the minimum first deposit amount at ag999?

Accepted Answer

The minimum deposit amount on ag999 varies depending on your chosen payment method. Minimum ৳200 on bKash and Nagad Deposits are accepted — this is the most popular payment method for ag999 users in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit via Rocket is ৳300. For bank transfer, the minimum is ৳1,000. For cryptocurrency, the minimum is the equivalent of $5 in USDT. Funds are generally credited to your account within 1 to 3 minutes after a deposit. During late nights or peak hours, it may occasionally take 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers typically take 15–30 minutes. When making a deposit, always get the active payment number for that day from the deposit page while logged in to ag999 — this number changes regularly for security reasons, so do not send funds to an old number.

Question 2

2How do I enable two-factor authentication on my ag999 account?

Accepted Answer

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on ag999 is straightforward and significantly improves your account security. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Log in to ag999 and click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Open the "Account Settings" or "Security Settings" menu.
Step 3: Look for the "Two-Factor Authentication" or "2FA" option and click "Enable" to turn it on.
Step 4: A verification OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number — use it to confirm.
Step 5: From that point on, an OTP will be sent to your mobile at every login, and access will be denied without it.

With 2FA enabled, even if someone knows your password, they cannot log in without your mobile device. Since real BDT transactions take place in betting accounts, this layer of protection is essential. If you run into any issues, reach out via live chat and our support team will be happy to help.

Question 3

3Is there a referral bonus for bringing a friend to ag999, and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ag999's referral program benefits both parties. When a friend registers using your referral code and makes their first deposit, you'll receive a referral bonus. The bonus amount depends on the current promotional offer.

Where to Find Your Referral Code: Log in to ag999 and go to the "Refer & Earn" or "Refer a Friend" section. You'll find your personal referral code there. Share that code with your friend.

What your friend needs to do: During registration on ag999, enter your code in the "Referral Code" field. Once registration and the first deposit are complete, the bonus will be credited to both accounts.

Each friend you refer earns you a separate bonus. For full terms on the referral bonus, visit ag999's bonus page or ask via live chat.

Question 4

4The ag999 app has suddenly stopped working or is asking for an update — what should you do?

Accepted Answer

If the ag999 app won't open or keeps freezing, try these steps first:

When an Update Notification Appears: Download the latest APK file from ag999's official page. Uninstall your current version, then install the new one. Before installing, go to your phone's settings and enable installation from "Unknown Sources".

If the app crashes or won't open:
— Restart your phone and try again.
— Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → AG999 → Clear Cache).
— Check whether your internet connection is working properly.
— If VPN is enabled, turn it off and try again.

Alternative without the app: If the app isn't working, you can access all ag999 services directly through any mobile browser (Chrome, Firefox) at ag999.my — adding a shortcut to your home screen gives you the same convenience as the app. If the issue persists, send a screenshot via live chat and our team will help you out.

Question 5

5Where can I find ag999's latest offers and promotions, and how often do they change?

Accepted Answer

The easiest place to find all active promotions and special offers from ag999 is the site's "Bonus" Section — head to the "/bonus" link in the navigation to view all offers in one place. If you're logged in, a promotions banner is also visible at the top of your dashboard.

How Often Updates Happen:
— Weekly cashback & reload bonus: resets every Monday at midnight.
— Special match offers (such as during the World Cup or IPL): posted 24–48 hours before the event starts.
— Monthly VIP Offer: Updated during the first week of each month.
— Flash offers: can appear at any time without notice, and are typically available for 24–72 hours.

To stay on top of new offers, tell the ag999 live chat team "I want notifications for new offers" — we'll set up SMS or push notifications for you.

Question 6

6How does ag999's Live Casino work, and are there real dealers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ag999's Live Casino features real human dealers who run the games via live video stream from a studio. It's a completely different experience from software-based games.

How to Play:
— Log in to ag999 and go to the "Live Casino" section in the navigation.
— Choose the game you want to play — options include Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Blackjack, and many more.
— Click on a table to launch the live video feed and open the betting interface.
— Place your chips within the designated betting window. The dealer will announce the result and any winnings will be added to your balance instantly.

Minimum bets in Live Casino typically start from ৳100. For the best video quality, maintain a stable internet connection — 4G or WiFi works best.

Question 7

7How do ag999's tournament and leaderboard events work?

Accepted Answer

You generally don't need to register separately to join ag999's tournament and leaderboard events — having an ag999 account is enough. Some special tournaments may require a separate opt-in, however.

General Rules:
— Points are calculated based on the highest bet placed or highest win achieved within a specified time frame on a particular sport or casino game.
— The higher your position on the leaderboard, the greater your rewards.
— Prizes are typically awarded as cash bonuses, free bets, or VIP points.
— Prizes are credited to winners' accounts within 72 hours after the event ends.

Where to Find Active Tournaments: Log in to ag999 and go to the "Promotions" or "Tournaments" section. Each event page displays its own rules, deadlines, prize structure, and leaderboard separately. During major international tournaments (World Cup, IPL, Champions Trophy), ag999 hosts special leaderboard events with significantly larger prize pools.
